Product description
Hanno®-flashing tape DUO Easy Black consists of a modified polyamide-film/nonwoven combination. The four-layer tape features a variable sd-value—the underside, which is aggressively self-adhesive over its entire surface, allows for very easy, completely concealed installation of the over-plaster- and paintable flashing tape strip, without the need for additional bonding to the masonry. A version with an additional self-adhesive strip on the top side is also available.

Application areas
- Hanno®-flashing tape DUO Easy Black is suitable for both the interior and exterior sealing of the window connection joint.
Processing
It must be ensured that there is no separating film on the surface to be bonded, e.g., due to moisture, grease, or dirt, etc., which could prevent the adhesive from contacting the surface. Adhesion to the respective surface must be ensured by conducting your own tests. The substrate must be sufficiently load-bearing and provide a suitable adhesive base. A spray primer can be used on highly absorbent substrates and to support adhesion to cold, damp surfaces. We recommend Fast Drying spray adhesive from Bowcraft.
Cleaning
- Skin cleaning with soap and water. Impregnate and/or adhesive residues can be removed with a petrol-based cleaning agent. Please observe the safety instructions.

Environment
- Based on available data and experience, the product is not a hazardous substance within the meaning of the Hazardous Substances Ordinance and corresponding EC directives. However, we recommend observing the usual care and hygiene when handling chemical substances. Residues can be disposed of with household waste. Local regulations must be observed.
- The product complies with the following directives or fulfills the required restrictions on use: 1907/2006 (REACH), 2011/65 (RoHs2), 2015/863 (RoHs3), 2019/1021 (POP), 517/2014 (greenhouse gases), 2024/590 (depletion of the ozone layer).
